There is a lot of real estate housing businesses that have had a long stay here that is currently for sale. Often the business leases the building, they don't own it. This may/may not affect the business housed there. For a definitive answer you might want to call or visit the store.

I have not heard this either. Without a doubt someone could know something I don't though! It would be cool if they did considering they have really outgrown their current location.
