I always check for bed bugs when first arriving to a hotel. When I lifted up the mattress, the bed skirt underneath was covered in other people's hair and old napkins. And the other rooms family stayed in had dirty bed skirts. So it wasn't just that one room. Obviously they're not the cleanest hotel. Our bathroom door was also broken so it couldn't shut at all. Overall I'd give this hotel a rating of 2.5 stars.

Do not stay here! Very disappointing. The rooms were very dirty, beds had stains, garbage left behind in shower, bathroom door lock broken. Lighting in ceiling falling out. Pool area smelled of raw sewer. Stains all over walls and ceilings. Breakfast was terrible. Juice machines broken, no selection. Find something else.

Positive: Location to freeway¿.mattress was comfortable enough (especially if the AC would have worked in the room) Negative: AC didn¿t work very well,-we woke up off & on during the night from just being hot. They need new AC units- in our room on the 3rd floor at least. All the ice machines were also out of order¿so we had to go to first floor per a note, which was als

I was dead asleep and at 1130pm a bunch of young kids were outside my room talking really loud for 30 min. I called office ask if they could make them quiet. The kids moved down stairs in the loby which was just below my room and they were loud until 2am. I ask for discount and have not gotten one or received any emails that I was told I would get. Wont be staying there anymore used to stay all the time. this is the Sleep Inn in Ontario Oregon.
