I don't like the Arby's. I don't like the truck parking. I don't like the truck access. I came because of the fuel prices. The staff was friendly but two or three of the pumps are not even working and I don't remember how old is showers were last time they were old

Paid for a shower.... First in line... App have me a code but didn't give me the first number. I then went to the front to let them know and they proceeded to tell me that the app doesn't give a guest code out which is incorrect because it has in the past. I go back to the TV and multiple showers are being given out with new guest codes while I still don't have one so I go back up and talk to the rude manager and she puts me at the back of the line with a new guest code instead of correcting the issue... so now I'm sitting here waiting with five shower guests in front of me for the next hour. Horrible customer service. This is exactly why I don't use pilot flying j. I will never come to this truck stop again.

I was just getting fuel for a return trip back into Idaho from visiting wingers restaurant; I was charged $151.00 deposit at the same time of topping off w/$18 of 87 octane: why the deposit??!

This was a quick stop for us. It was morning and I needed a good cup of coffee. They did not disappoint. I also got a Jamocha Milkshake from Arby's. It was pure heaven. They have plenty of parking here and leaving was easy. I didn't get lost trying to find the exit.
