Rochester is the closest airport, it's about 45 minutes away. Syracuse and Buffalo each add about 1 - 1.5 hours to that. The Palmyra Inn is now a Best Western, but is definitely the closest and probably best hotel nearby. It will also almost certainly be booked full during pageant weeks, so if that's when you'll be arriving it's recommended to book as soon as you possibly can.
I agree with Jason Ross. Rochester NY is the closest airport. There are many hotels and motels in the area. Just Google the area in map's and pick a unit to call.
I always fly into Rochester. There are a number of hotels and inns around the Palmyra area. B& B's seem to be popular too. When are you thinking of going? With it being the last two years of Pageant July is going to be a difficult month to plan trips. It's possible, you just might have to look a little harder
There is a hotel near the Sacred Grove.
