Palmyra's branch of the greater OWWL system is smaller than many, but it's "quaintness" and history (the building was once owned by the Garlock Co.) make it inviting none-the-less. As Palmyra is a small village nearly devoid of commercial business, this library suits it well. Since it still serves as a hub for OWWL, you can order from a vast selection of materials and have them delivered and held here for your convenience.

This is one of my favorite library buildings I've ever been in. We've since moved, but when we were in the area we frequented the library so often that staff knew our names and had books on hold ready for us by the time we got thru the door and up to the counter. Great library.
