No clue on that. Would think twice on going back. Bad experience from the room to the restaurant. informed employee as well as management, wrote a review they could care less. Their only concern was getting their money. Quite disappointing. Heard Madison Beach is a better choice. Will def try there later this year.
I have not heard of the get away buyback program. The facility is a great weekend getaway and nearby. Good food, upscale outside lounges and restraunts.
I used to be a fan & frequent visitor to stay or come for brunch ,or a lunch & drinks . No more .!!! Had some issues with leaks in the room , a need for hand towels, and a very noisy , antiquated heating system & nothing was fone .!! Filed a formal complaint & got stonewalled. Upper management are a bunch of nimrods who either Don't get back to u or are totally incompetent. Many issues with miscommunication & outright misinformation. No one can or want to make a decision. !! Very ,very frustrating ..!! I doNOT resommend this place. !!!!!
