They were great ! I ordered a Rav 4 with Joyce we scheduled a time and were in and out in an hour no hassle no haggling nothing. They did say it could be months but we got lucky and our car was on the boat from Japan 3 weeks after we ordered it. We got it in Sept after ordering in July so not bad. We have a dealer near us that wanted 3000 over sticker price even if we ordered it. But I talked to Joyce and she said that they (Westbrook Toyota) didn't and any Toyota offers available at the time of delivery we would get. Joyce was great to work with and any day she was off someone was quick to take care of us. We love our Rav 4 and its exactly the color and the way we wanted it. Recently, I bought a Rav4 Prime at this dealership. First, I met with Dennis Mazorra who was a well informed salesperson who was able to explain all of the various details of how the vehicle operates. He was very patient and helpful in responding to my questions about how to get the Google maps and phone directory installed on the multimedia screen. After driving home , I returned the next day to get more information on how the car operates and another Salesperson named Victor was also very helpful. All of the staff that I dealt with at the dealership were professional and courteous. This is the 8th car that I have purchased in the past 47 years and I would rate this dealership as one of the best in Connecticut.
