Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Well worth the visit. Prices are way better than the craft supply chain stores we have locally and, at least for the items I researched, better than Amazon Prime. This shop is loaded with paper crafting and mixed media supplies and if they don't have exactly what you are seeking, they will order it special for you (within reason - I assume it needs to be available from one of their existing suppliers). I visited the shop after reviewing their website and found the website inventory consistent with what was in stock at the shop. Moving forward, I'll be getting my supplies here whenever possible, instead of the chain stores or the big A.
