If you do not have a KTN i would suggest you get there during the weekdays by 5:30 AM

I would get there about 2 hrs. early
I always get there 1:30 to 2 hours just to have some time for things that might slow along the way.
To be on the safe side at least 2 hours before you take off. Because TSA in terminal c is close and it crowded in terminal b real quick.
It's recommended 45 minutes but if you plan to get any food or drinks prior to your flight I'd day an hour or hour and a half not sure how full the shops would be that early tho but the TSA lines take 20 min about average
