My husband and kids and I had a WONDERFUL TIME. My boys and husband enjoy all the games while myself and my unborn daughter enjoyed sitting back in the dining area. Danielle H. Served me and let me say she is SUCH A SWEETIE! She got me cute virgin cocktails for fun. She checked on me diligently, with her bubbly/sweet personality and made me feel like I was one of her girlfriends while still remaining professional and efficient. The manager, Carl, also popped by while my family and I were chowing down and made us all laugh and smile. The staff was so friendly and kind. It’s truly nice knowing that there are employees who go to work ready to serve their customers with a good attitude and an a professional work ethic. We will most certainly be back for some more fun and family time!

The family and I always have a great experience when we go.We went today on 3-15-22 the food was great the only downfall I can say we had is because it is spring break and it was alot of kids running around the place

Service was ok- everything is on the mobile app which is awkward as it ask you to pay for everything including the tip before you even get water on the table. If you wanna avoid that just select tpay with cash. Good luck finding someone that’s actually gonna come over and attend to your table! the food was great and the atmosphere energetic and its very clean…

The food was good. And fresh. But the waiter..didn't come back to give us our refills. On our drinks. We order everything on our phones food and drinks. She checked on us once. I asked for a refill. We waited for 20 min...I just paid for our food which you do on your phone. I didn't like that. But we had fun playing the games. We won a lot of tickets. walked away with a phone ring light and. A mood ring and some candy goodies my daughter was happy.

The Peabody is about 30 minutes away in Downtown Memphis. This is in a near by suburb called Germantown. Dave and Buster's is kid friendly until around 9pm or 10pm then it's adults only. I bring my 9 year old here all the time and she loves it.

Ive never had that type of experience. I usually sit away from the bar area, its mych quieter. Staff is always prompt and polite. Im so sorry, i would complain to a manager.
When you come in the front doors prices are posted there for group or individual prices but the price you pay is very cheap because food is unlimited so take your family and enjoy yourself really good time

I went last night So expect a crowd. The food I choose wasn't good. Mountain nachos of coarse. The service was mediocre and they forgot real simple things like 2 extra menus for me and my son and 2 fork set napkins. Not to mention my food came ten min before my son's. Which I had to wait because I like to say Grace together. However for somewhere to go and hang with the family like I did. It was a 5 on a scale of 1 to ten.
They haven't opened to the public yet. They open officially Monday, and then they open 7 days a week.
