Love the beach! Although Garfield parking garage is conveniently located, however, their maintenance is questionable. Several times I parked there and the elevators were not working and I saw pregnant women with small children having to climb 5+ flights of stairs to reach the beach. There were no signs to indicate the loss of the elevator so people were just standing there waiting for an elevator that is not coming. Not good!!

For Hollywood residents that have registered for a discounted rate, it is $1.50 per hour Monday-Thursday and $2.00 per hour for Friday-Sunday. For non Hollywood residents (and those that didn't register for the resident discount) the rates are $3.00 per hour Monday-Thursday and $4.00 per hour Friday-Sunday.
There is no refunds. You dont have to use the app you can pay at the meter. But you can pay as needed with the mobile app so you dont have to keep going back to add money.
If u download the parking app suggested on signs in garage then u receive a alert IF u set it up and can add extra time on the app easily IF u do it b4 time runs out without returning to the garage...otherwise you must put receipt in on car dash if you pay at terminal and return b4 time runs out....you must prepay either way...the app works well when set up. Good luck
There is an ev charger on the second floor near the elevators. I do not know what type,it is, but it is there...
