Beautiful apartments, at least ours on the 14th floor with ocean views. Full of Argentines with which you feel at home. It has a small gym that serves not to loosen up completely with the routines. I highly recommend it.

It varies, if you're doing Airbnb the renter may give you a tag. One time it was $50 for my whole stay, another it was free because renter had a parking tag in room. Then if you want a keyfob to the pool/beach access that's $20 nonrefundable.
