The plumber came he was very professional he did a great job. He had to shimmy underneath my house to figure out what was leaking. He then took a picture of it so that he could show me which I appreciate very much. It gave me all my options on what I could do to repair it and how much it would cost. He was truly a pleasant person to speak with and was very personable. His professionalism is what sold me on going with your company for the repair. He is an asset to your company and should be commended for it.

If you hear the water constantly running even when you have not used the toilet, then there are probably malfunctioning parts in your toilet tank. Water could be leaking into the toilet bowl due to a broken or cracked flapper valve or a malfunctioning flush valve. A bad flapper can also cause the water level in your toilet tank to fall low enough to activate the toilet fill valve, making it sound like your toilet is flushing on its own. Sometimes, it could be the fill valve that is faulty.
