Don’t bother calling and waiting for a callback it will never come. I had an unpleasant experience trying to get routine service for my car here and decided to give it another try recently with an issue with the recall. Yet another disappointing experience. No answers, lots of unwarranted attitude and general unpleasantness. Service is a huge portion of these dealerships income, you would think they would want to keep people coming back. Go to Fremont instead, they are incredibly nice, professional, accommodating and all around better experience. It’s out of my way but worth it not to have to deal with these people.

Service department is extremely unprofessional. Your service advisor is never in that day, never calls back, and no one else can answer any questions about your car. It took two months to get our car back and I have no confidence in the simple repair. Awful experience.
