I need advice, or lab is acting strange, drooling and drinking a lot more than normal. Also he is throwing up some of the water after he drinks it. Has anybody pet done that before and what do you think it could be.

I'm not a vet. And this is probably not the place to ask advice. This is the place to ask questions about the business (it is not a vets office) In my non-professional opinion it sounds as if your dog has ingested something that is making him sick. You need to call an emergency vet/animal hospital

Take him to the Vet ASAP he could have gotten poisoned!!!
