ROD is correct with the exception of the smelly pond. It does not smell now but because of the pond drying I don't think there's much fish.
Need water to fish
Well I used to live there and left in disguise after they did nothing to save the pond fish during the drought. The pond dried up, all the fish died, and if you can imagine the smell and flies. I would not go back if they paid me.
