Nothing special just nice to eat by river. Wasn't able to eat outside tables where cover with fly and where dirty. Only one waitress.

River was dry and no wifi. Other than that a really cool place with a off the grid feeling literally just outside of town

I feel like it needs to be said in a review, because I wasn't aware... The river and fishing pond are both DRY. This was a huge disappointment to us, as the website definitely doesn't reflect such. Should we have known? Maybe. π€·ββοΈ The on-site restaurant was really great and I would stop by to eat here again, though it closes at 8pm. Restrooms and showers not "5-star hotel" quality, but definitely worked for a nice hot shower. Not terrible for a stopover.

Adequate place to stay, but certainly not a resort. Itβs safe and the restroom/showers were clean enough. But washing machines need to get fixed asap! There was only one out of three actually functioning while we were there, and for us (full time travelers) having laundry on site is one of the main reasons why we pick a place to stay.

It's at a level high enough for boats... be safe wear your life jackets...
Where is this at?
Leave a message Brief and detailed They will get back to you
Not sure you will have to call them
Yes they have a hotel that they rent rooms for short and long term duration. Daily and monthly. There is price difference between a six month and one year lease. I am not sure of the rates. That is something you have to ask the Property Manager or one of her staff. They are very nice and helpful. Just call their office they are open 7 days a week. I believe the hours are 9 to 5 Pacific time.
Yes but it not very much....a very nice place.....
Yes. It is a camp ground with many long term residents. I have stayed there several times and have enjoyed it.
Sum times depends on events
It varies depending on section, we have more information on our website. https://www.riverlandrvresort.com/
There are certain breeds that are not allowed. You know who you are. For the rest of us, keep your dog on a leash, and nobody cares
It was an issue on the PG&E side, sorry about that!
I don't believe they have boats there, and since this is on the river and not a lake, you'd need a motorboat anyway.
They will charge you for breathing. If you want to kayak you can launch for free at Reedley Beach. Unpowered boating not recommended at Riverland due to a weir approx 1/8 the mile down river. If river is flowing fast, could be really dangerous.
Yes
I believe there are certain spots for tent camping so assume you can.
ROD is correct with the exception of the smelly pond. It does not smell now but because of the pond drying I don't think there's much fish.
Not sure about the cost but its beautiful out there
Usually RVs but call and ask. I don't think they will say no if you rent a space.
You can use a boat with a prop just depends what part of the river you're on it's a little deeper by lindys landing
They have people who live there. They also have apartments they rent.
Yes they have a boat launch but the river is not that high to really br safe yet, hopefully they will release more water soon
Electricity is included and I believe the summer price is around the 875 range
At this moment, it is very high. It has varied over the last several weeks here in Spring.
