Horrible customer service and lack of common sense displayed by both employees and management. Policy is one thing but we all have the ability to use common sense and discretion. Our package was redirected to a ups store(not by us) for unknown reasons. I went to pick it up for my fiancé . I provided the tracking number, screen shots of the shipping history and proof of our address. This wasn’t enough for them, so I had my fiancé send me a picture of her drivers license as well as FaceTimed her while I was there and she gave approval for me to pick up the package. We explained we just moved to our new residence then proceeded to show them USPS MAIL showing that we changed address. THEY STILL REFUSED TO RELASE THE PACKAGE TO ME. They continued to contend that their policy is she had to physically come there. Which IS NOT UPS POLICY. THE UPS POLICY IS AS FOLLOWED(taken directly from their website) If you need someone else to collect your package on your behalf, they'll need to bring a valid government-issued photo ID. Additionally s/he needs to present proof of connection to the address on the UPS label or to the named person (named person's valid ID or photocopy). Also accepted as proof of connection is an official notification (from the shipper or UPS) that provides the shipment/order details for the package (recipient name, shipper name, UPS Access Point location address and tracking number). Notifications can be printed out or provided on a smart phone. If your shipper provides a package release code for your delivery, your friend or family member can present their photo ID and the code to pick up your package.* I not only presented ALL OF THIS. But also went above and beyond to show proof. The employees here decided to have a power trip and hold our package. It is ridiculous and a stark contrast to everything we’ve experienced in this town. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I am always pleased at the services they provide at The UPS Store. They have scanned faxed and made copies for me beside shipping packages for us. I am very surprised at some of the negative comments people make when this business is doing for you what you can't or won't do for yourself. I have been extremely pleased with the promptness and efficiency of the service provided. I will continue to do business with the UPS Store in Kingsburg. Thank you for providing an efficient shipping alternative to waiting in line at the post office. Also shipping via UPS.

Fast service but depends on who is working as to how freindly they are. Been here several times and have had awsome service to poor service all my packaging/shipping/return needs have been met with no issues. Prices are fair and not over exaturated like other facilities. Parking is tight due to other buisness area is very safe well worth the short drive to Kingsburg.
