During the time of booking I called to be sure I was on the OPPOSITE side of the freeway as several Google reviews mentioned how miserable it was it get sleep at night. I then called again once my plane landed. Upon arrival less than an hour later, I am told they don't have anymore rooms on the quiet side of the hotel. My room was already paid in full (well over $1000!) since this was considered a "special event". There was no way I could cancel or I would forfeit the money already paid by my company. I DO NOT appreciate the bait & switch tactic. I will be sure to not stay here again for any future business travel or personal travel. Even with earplugs, the highway is unbearably noisy & the ONLY way to drown it out is with the AC unit. But the units at this location do not have the option for "Always on" so once it cycles off you are woken up by the highway noise & blaring train horns. I highly suggest this hotel either invest in sound proof windows or change the wall units to have an "always on" function. - the breakfast was embarrassing for a special corporate event with people coming in from all over the world. A mere tiny cheese omelet, bananas/apples, or oatmeal in a packet that you make yourself. I have had FAR better breakfasts at countless Marriott properties across the US during covid that were not during any special events.

Positive: The staff was very friendly & helpful. We booked a room due to road closures & were able to check in early. The room was very comfortable & clean. Negative: The room could use USB ports to charge cell phones.

We will be booking at this hotel in the future. We had a great experience, the lady at the front desk was very fast & friendly. We were so tired we wanted to shower & sleep. So she made our stay even better by being so efficient. The room was very clean. Love their shampoo and body wash.

Wow, I felt like I was at a resort! The hospitality was beyond lovely. Initially, I was only staying for two nights, but I added one more night because I simply didn’t want to leave. They had an awesome pool, gym, and jacuzzi. My room also had a whirlpool that was perfect with a glass of wine after a long day. I am definitely coming back. Thank you to all the staff.
