Only the Philip Raine rest area on highway 99 has a dump station. One of the directions is closed. if you Google rest areas with dump stations in California you will get a list of the 20 rest areas that have RV dump stations.
I know the gas station on the corner of barstow and Clovis has a dump station
There is no dump station at Barlow rest stop.
