I believe they are open everyday from 10 am - 6 pm for their tours, but like Rob said, do your tour and wine tasting in the basement is better, very nice, I have wome pics or the castle so you can have an idea.
There are multiple options, we arrived too late for a tour but there are many choices. One of the reasons we chose not to do that or was they were too long and you can walk around and take photos and then go to the tastings downstairs. Do not do the tastings upstairs. There's not enough staff and they're trying to sell wine and it's not like downstairs in the basement the basement is where you go. Hope this helps good luck.
