Why is the lot rent going up every year?? I was told by Sherri that it doesn't happen. So far it has every year. I started out paying 299. 00 now it is 401.00! Wtc?! That's not including my trailer payment. Ready to move!

Way to much for a mobile home. Rent a house at those prices.. places have little insulation and there is always a bed bug issue somewhere.

Depends on what the cost of the trailer is to buy. Mine is $280.00 a month.
