Way to expensive! They continuously have an annual fish kill when they treat the ponds... smh

Visited my granddaughter found it to be very clean. Mobile homes were allowed garages or good sized sheds.

5/1/22 Update- been here almost a year, can't wait to move out.. storm doors are still broken, manager ignores requests, my electric bill was over $375 from January til May! Will post pic of bill.. Walls and floors are not insulated, windows are not winterproof either, our agreement included free trash, that only lasted a couple of months, they started charging Us for trash.. they did not honor our contract..for a 3 bed, 2 bath we're paying $1045 (that includes $25 x month fee for a small dog).. think twice before considering this place.. - I signed up for one year in lease for one of the homes at Deerfield Run on June 8th , the house has several issues that needed to be addressed by management before Us moving in from out of state the weekend of the 4th of July, issues as: storm doors are broken( glass an screens), the house smells dirty due to the grime and trash inside the vents that were never cleaned, the outside light cover is broken and glass was left on the floor, bathroom vents clogged with dirt, storage shed its full of trash, mattresses and household items... our family came by the house several times to check on the progress with maintenance and filled Us in on any other issues.. nothing got done..We kept contacting management, the sales/ leasing office staff named Bill, and the response we always got its - "yes don't worry, I'll send my maintenance guy over" well.. we finally moved in last week and absolutely nothing has been done.. went physically to the office after moving in to also report a toilet leaking, and was told the same old quote.. still waiting on the maintenence guy.... if I can help anyone with this review, do not trust management with "we'll take care of this before moving in" RED FLAG . for sure we will NOT be renewing our lease once it's over or buying a house with this company.
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
The cost of rentals is more than a mortgage on a brick mortar house. Barely insulated walls. The heat or ac bill will be about $120 MONTHLY and that is being generous. Buying a mobile at Deerfield i also highly suggest a apartment or buy a …

Way to much for a mobile home. Rent a house at those prices.. places have little insulation and there is always a bed bug issue somewhere.
Management was awful when I was there 3 different ones all garbage. I was there for 4 years. Mine was advertised with washer and dryer there was none was told they would give me new ones but they gave used one of the managers was fired for that she was selling the new ones and buying used still didnt get new ones like advertised though. Selling manager delayed my paperwork so they would not have to honor the special price advertised it went up 5 grand. Another manager made up her own rules had to constantly threaten to sue for violating land lease rules. Other one was never in office and never answered phone. Maybe it is fixed now but was nightmare when I lived there. Stay away. Only trash is included in utilities.
Yes I think singles are around $800, doubles are around $900 depending on length of lease
They have rental homes here.
Some are after deposit and rent increase. Even ones that never go outside. I was told i would have to pay it for a parrot that i was thinking about getting when purchasing my house when asked if i had pets. I asked what about fish she said technically you have to pay but that she would not make me on that one since i was renting my house. My neighbor had to remove her bulldog and st benard after paying those because management claimed they were dangerous dogs after being there with them for 2 years and neither dog is on dangerous dog lists. Can not stress this enough do not rent or buy from this place you will regret it if you do.
The house i bought was infested with them. Had to get lawyer to threaten law suit to get them to get rid of them. Took 9 months too that was fun.
