Not as of yet because you are 17 and you must be at least 18 to enter if your guardian is not present. But this year sometimes after the winter we are opening a youth shelter for ages 12-17.
I believe you can. BUT, if you can't, there is one I Bay City you can go to. It's a women's domestic violence shelter. It's called Bay Are Womens Shelter
