Normally go to biggby in Midland and it's my favorite coffee place to go, but I have been going to this location on state quite a bit driving back and forth from the NICU in Saginaw and I have never had so many incorrect orders, then today when she forgot part of my wife's drink (which we didn't ask for anything different just how the drink is supposed to come) she rolled her eyes and acted very annoyed that she had to fix it. I've also had several sausage egg and cheese bragels that were very cold in the center and/or came on the wrong bagel. Most of the staff is otherwise very friendly though and my cold brews are always very good.

The Iced teddy bear is never made the same way at this location. Today my drink had so many coffee grounds in it that it wasn’t drinkable. Disgusting. Waste of money.
