Worse possible place to work. Customers only have to complain and they will give you all the free stuff you want. Tell them your order was messed up, fake a name, they will give you whatever you ask for. Treat the employees like dirt, swear at them, cuss at them, throw things at them, they will give you more free stuff and write up the employee.

Chip Chip (Epicbrotatochip)

I went through the drive through today and had a terrible experience on a simple order. I ordered a large coke no ice and a half cut iced tea. The tea rung up as more then a dollar. I had asked about it but the person at the window said it's never been a dollar. That might have been true for this location but it's a dollar on the McDonald's on wilder Rd in bay city. My problem was not with the price being different though. When we got our drinks the diet coke was not filled up all the way. The lady at the window had said that's how much I get if I order it no ice. Now I understand they have machines that dispense a certain amount, but to not fill it up is incredibly cheap. the worst part of that was she started laughing about it. I understand if she was trying to be light-hearted about it, but I don't understand tone easily. I was not happy about it, and don't think it was funny at all. After I had pulled off the tea was completely unsweetened. It was a simple order but they somehow messed it up that badly. Definitely not coming back here because of how up-tight and cheep this McDonald's is, and because of how the staff handled this. I would have not bothered to write this review if I was not laughed at.

Supposed to be fast food takeout. All I wanted to get was a large black coffee. This girl who's working by herself. She claims ?. Would not answer the microphone to announce that she's here and to welcome me to the McDonald's take out. She knows sooner gets on the microphone to wait on me then she tells me to wait a moment. There's only one person or a vehicle in front of me no one else at 4:00 in the morning. She tells me to wait a moment I'm only ordering one thing coffee.. then when she gets back on the phone she tells me she's waiting on somebody else when she gets on the phone for me she doesn't say anything and she says yes what do you want. She doesn't act very professional and I told her you didn't wait on me you waited on the other person I could hear you talking to the other microphone in the other takeout Lane. I told her I'm going to report you to your manager in the morning.

Mid day lunch in. Great service at speakers. Ordered what i wanted and the lady’s at the windows wasn’t Very talkative or such it was strictly professional. Food came out less than 10 minutes and no wait. Everything was fresh the nuggets was the freshest i have had in a LONG time so yes I savored them😂🤷🏼‍♀️ 10/10 better then the McDonald’s in Bay city
