I went in with my young daughter and was very emotional. All the nurses were very sweet and seemed to genuinely care for my daughter. The woman at the front desk was also amazing helping me. I appreciated everyone that I came into contact with that night.

I would give it a 5 star but the person setting doing the entrance information was in a position, I could hear all questions from her and answers being given. Shoots the hippa policy all to hell. When my turn I ask her why she was telling so loud so that everyone could hear, she got up abruptly and said she was hard of hearing. The right to be asked questions in private should be considered and provided. Always thought my mother couldn't get my info but every person in the waiting room knows my address and my doctor. Otherwise, I cannot complain the nurse and doc were awesome. I liked having the x-ray done right in the room.

My daughter was misdiagnosed and even prescribed medicine for constipation when the x-ray they did clearly showed no blockages. Thank Goodness we went to her pediatrician the next day and our doctor was able to review the x-ray images and correct Ascensions mistake. After this, I do not trust their competency and we will not be returning.

I felt secure at a vulnerable time in my life. The moment I entered the building I felt like everything is going to be alright. The building was very clean and bright. I was taken to a nice room and given a gown and a warmed blanket. The nurse came in and I explained my symptoms and from there on out it was very caring treatment. Everything was explained to me clearly regarding what tests I would need for a diagnosis. I was so pleased because I agreed with all the decisions being made on my behalf. My tests (3) were completed including labs within an hours time. I was put back in my room and made very comfortable while I waited for the doctor to come and explain things to me. The doctor knocked before entering the room, he came in and sat down and very clearly explained everything to me. He answered all my questions patiently. I hope I don’t have to go back again but if I had to I wouldn’t have any fears whatsoever. Thank you everyone for all your help, I really appreciate the time and care you gave.
