They do not. The buggies have a specific route around town and can be picked up at the restaurant.
Generally, we don't run buggies from the Hotel all the way to the restaurant, however you can "hire" a buggy for that if you're interested. You'd be doing a custom ride and that info is here: https://www.riegsecker.com/shipshewana/riegsecker/carriage/
