Why can't we get an email confirming our reservation? The BlueGate Inn has charged our VISA card but has not sent any confirmation.

I don't work there, but I suggest you call the hotel since email seems to have a problem!

Yea...definitely call them. They were really friendly and helpful when we stayed there.
