We were locked out of our room. Didnt want to compensate us for loss of having our room.. Key didnt work once we brought our luggage and stuff in. Manager could not open door so he called the owner. We waited on him to come. Purse and cell phones were in room. Gave us a room for while we were shut out. We received NOTHING off our bill.

We stopped in Shipshewana to spend the night on our home back to Florida so we could shop at E&S Sales in the morning. This hotel was very clean and up to date. The hotel clerk was very friendly and he put us on the first floor right by the door where our car was parked to make it easy to haul our luggage. I will use this hotel next time I'm in town. Thanks!
