When I was there on the 2nd last week their system was down and you had to buy online. Luckily we purchased before hand anyways. Id recommend getting tickets online to ensure you getting in !
You can purchase at the aquarium. We did this last week and unfortunately they were sold out at that time so got us tickets for later in the day which was fine. They seem to update their Facebook when they're sold out. Looks like you can get tickets online too

Visited on 6/16...Signs everywhere, "ADVANCE TICKETS REQUIRED". You purchase online, then check in at the ticket window upon arriving.
