Awesome...in and out!!!

29 September 2022 - Stopped-in just before 14:00 today. There were three people in front of me. I was in-and-out in 4-minutes. Friendly service. I've lived all over the country and this is the best DMV I've lived near. If the line is long just come back at a different time. 28 October 2021 - I've been coming here for years. +90% of the time I'm in-and-out in 5 - 10 minutes. If the line is too long, which is relatively rare in my experience, just come back some other time. The current ladies working here are very nice and can process you quickly. People complaining about this place have no clue what big city DMVs are like. Talk about literally being a number...it would regularly take 30 - 60 minutes at a minimum, and usually would have rude employees on top of it. I'd take this small-town DMV any day!

Walk in... worked fine yesterday
Yes
Walk-ins accepted need proof of insurance your driver's license and title in your name or signed and notarized to you.
They are not open. Check on the dmv website and find the nearest on with an open date. All DMV require an appointment and most of them are a ways out. Shop around for the one with the earliest opening and RESERVE IT. They go fast
Not sure sorry they have been open
I don't know but you should be able to get it on line threw Google.
Do not have the answer for your question
You shouldn't need a bill of sale. Last time I went through this process we just needed the notarized title.
never
Yes for a fee.
Yes you can as long as no changes need to be made.
You have 1 year to get it inspected in NC from date of initial registration.
As l9ng as you have proof of Registration and inspection, you SHOULD be fine. Just explain that your plates have not come in yet or call DMV and ask what to do.
Not until 1 year after registering vehicle. Then when you reregister your car after 1 year it has to be inspected.
