definitely is. dogs are kept in wired cages stacked which is unacceptable. stay away from this breeder as she is not recommended by many!
We have a beauty Samoyed that Theresa sent to us here, sight unseen, all registration and health records to Seattle 6 yrs ago. She has flourished developmentally in every way, is bright and smart and devoted to our family. She is perfect in every way. Thank you Theresa for being such a great breeder Mom!
Absolutely not. The pups are kept in a beautiful facility. There is a run of cages outside but they are huge so the dogs can run and use the bathroom. Teresa has been breeding dogs for a long time and she truly cares about the health and well being of the Samoyeds she raises.
