The dispersment of items in this facility always gives me a headache , aside from that it's a good store. If your looking for something and didn't find it.... find an employee and ask for help, I drink a lot of snapple apple, you would think that it's located with drinks in aisle 7 or whatever, maybe with the juices in aisle 8 or whatever , nope.... it's in Aisle 2 with the breakfast bars. I don't understand it....I found everything, but without help you spend an inordinate amount of time looking for things. Just ask for help, they usually have a bunch of employees available. I got there yesterday close to closing time, I needed to pick up a prescription and it was 6min. To 8pm when the pharmacy closes. First, the pharmacy usually is in the front of the store situated in either the southeast or southwest corner ( assuming for the point of this rant that I'm the compass and me standing in front of the facility facing it is our starting point ) the pharmacy is in the Northeast corner of the facility. While I started in the southwest corner ( fruits vegetables deli fresh bread etc. ) I walked across the front of the store past checkout to SE corner without finding it, asked an employee talking with another employee in frozen foods where pharmacy is located , he told me NE corner, and "I'm pretty sure they are closed already" was his closing remark. I arrived with 6min to the bell and wasted 1-2min jogging across front of store , I sprint to the rear of the facility to find the pharmacist and another employee frantically working in an attempt to get everything shut down whilst filling scripts etc. I walk up to the counter and stand there patiently , pharmacist finishes his phone call and walks right over to me , I explained I was picking up a script , have gimme the name and once he started typing in the computer after pulling the script I shouted out recipient's D.O.B , he quickly rang me out and was putting me on my way very efficiently, respectfully, and politely. I apologized for the tardiness of the hour, he explained that it wasn't a big deal, they were still open and had a couple minutes yet before close. I said " I know, but I always hated the whole I'm two seconds from walking out the door when someone walks in and throws a wrench in my exit strategy " he laughed and reassured me that he'd been in retail a long time and was completely prepared for the last second pick up's, and that it didn't bother him. We shared humorous stories about times we've been leaving retail establishments while people were walking passed us headed into the closing establishment. He felt particularly bad for restaurant workers. I agreed , thanked him and then proceeded to buy $200.00 worth of groceries I wasn't specifically in need of, but I always try to support local business, and especially business that has employees with an immense wealth of compassion understanding and customer service skill. That pharmacist is truly an awesome person, I'm moving my prescriptions to this pharmacy , and I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you again

Very unprofessional cashiers at the self checkout!!! Very rude, not willing to fix mistakes and on the top you can catch them talking bad (s***t) about you to their coworkers. I was there today and the cashier (Kelly I believe) was treated me very rudely and disrespectful.. I shouldn't have stop to this store today....

Why is there only one women who seems to take her job too seriously and asks both my husband and I for ID'S when we purchase alcohol? I'm almost 40 and he is 46. Thanks for the compliment that I look so young.

Actually I looked it up and to ask 2 people for ID is not the law. But thank you for answering.also, if that was the case then why didn't she ask for an ID for my 19 month old daughter? Has the retail industry really stooped so low? Plain and simple though the cashier should not be public shaming people in front of other customers.
