Why is there only one women who seems to take her job too seriously and asks both my husband and I for ID'S when we purchase alcohol? I'm almost 40 and he is 46. Thanks for the compliment that I look so young.

Actually I looked it up and to ask 2 people for ID is not the law. But thank you for answering.also, if that was the case then why didn't she ask for an ID for my 19 month old daughter? Has the retail industry really stooped so low? Plain and simple though the cashier should not be public shaming people in front of other customers.

Only 1 person should have to show an ID. They do now have a policy though no matter age they have to ask even if your 90. It's so they don't discriminate .. annoying but its their policy.

It is the law and she has been there for many years. She is setting a good example for the under 21 cashiers and baggers. It is the holidays and more people are purchasing spirits. Happy Holidays!
