I've purchased from them often and never had this issue. Maybe a bit of a harsh tone for a likely infrequent problem. Maybe take it up directly with the manager, I bet they would be more than willing to make it right. Also remember as this is an open forum that there is no guarantee that the business actually is on here or responding so they may not be aware of the issue and still don't unless you contact them directly. Most everyone answering the questions and comments are just us willing to try and help make the community better where we can. Have a great day and give them another chance.
dunkin doesn’t make their donuts unless they run out. they get donuts from a place that delivers to them so you can’t blame the place when it’s not their fault deborah
I sent an email to the district manager and got feedback with her cell phone number within 2 business days. Took care of the problem + refunded my money. On the food, I've never had a problem.
I have never had this issue. But I know they have made right any mess up on my order the few times they have happened over the years. I guarantee they would issue a refund for it or do what they could to make it right.
Wow. Not the right forum. But anyway what do you expect from a place like dunkin? Ever get an over/under cooked meal before? I bet you have. All the time.
They probably sleep pretty well considering dunkin doesnt make donuts im the store where you buy them. They get shipped in from an industrial sized bakery.
They don't make the donuts, they aren't freshly made I only get coffee and go across the street for fresh donuts
