The ATM doesn't accept cash and the only way to make a deposit is it wait in line for upwards of an hour to deposit cash.

Wait is too long for a banker, if you never have to go see a banker, Wells Fargo is great. As soon as you get to the branch, even the simplest transaction that requires a banker you wait 30+ minutes. They either need to hire/promote more personnel to banker position. Very understaffed in the banker department.

Deposited my car payment into the wrong account. Was out the money and had to come up with it again on short notice. Told me there was nothing the bank could do and I would have to work with the dealership to get payment moved.

I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer for 17 years but if it wasn’t a pain to pull out of them I would. In fact considering I live in TN and this is the only branch within driving distance I really should. I took my daughter here to open an account. We arrived at 430 but was told it was too late. The branch closes at 5 but if you can’t provide service till 5pm why are those your hours?!?! This was my SECOND time coming to open the account for her. The first time I called to make sure the ID requirements were met but when I arrived after a long wait they told me I didn’t have sufficient ID. I will never be able to get her there before 430 as she doesn’t get out of school till 4pm. The just shrugged and said come back Saturday then. The whole dang bank is useless.
