Same expierence. Any response/explanation from management?
The munchkins were as well. My coffee even tasted stale.
I’ve never had a fresh tasting donut from the fort o location. I quit ordering them. They always taste a few days old. I don’t know how you f up a doughnut but they find a way.
Well sounds like things haven’t changed any we went last night got 50 donut holes and a dozen of donuts and they were all hard and dry I called them on the way home about the donut holes but we didn’t try the donuts so they wouldn’t replace them so the Fort Oglethorpe store has lost our business we will continue to go to Krispy Kreme for now on and not waste our money on dunkin donut
No response yet. I will call them first thing in the morning and talk to a manager.
The donuts aren't made at the store. They're made at a nearby bakery and delivered to area stores.
That is not very good to hear..although i go to the east ridge store now..it is closer to me..
