I recently visited this store after not shopping here in years. We usually buy our groceries from Walmart, Food City and Publix and wanted to try and save money so we went to Save A Lot. This store has a few name brand items but mostly it's store brands, which is fine but I found that the store brands at Save A Lot are the same price as Walmart store brands but you don't have anywhere near the variety as you do at Walmart. We didn't save any money because the store didn't have many of the things my family needs so we bought what we could and went to Walmart.
