Yes it does. The last time I was there it was pouring down rain. You would think that is good because you can look on the surface but it is very hard to walk , stand up without sliding. It is difficult to maneuver. It is definitely a work out. And you get muddy. But it is fun if you like that kind of stuff. Don't forget a change of clothes and towels!

Yes. Also make sure to bring lots of plastic trash bags to line your vehicle and toss your muddy everything in if it's raining. You might also want: Rain boots Rain gear Gloves Dry clothes and shoes to change into later. But not in the parking area because it will all be mud too if raining. Good luck and happy hunting!
