Is there a cancellation policy in case of inclement weather in winter?

We tried but we still had to pay for the room

They can dely check in if your just gonna be late

I think if is within 48 hours, they do not refund. I would call the front desk as soon as possible. I dont believe there is an exception for inclemate weather.
