This place is amazing! My mom & her husband's extended family has been coming here for years but it was my first time. We went on a theme weekend, Pirates! There was a cardboard boat race! Endless activities & ultimate bounce pillow for kids! A band played on Saturday evening, super entertaining! BINGO with a huge jackpot. My aunt won in a previous year. The pools were clean, staff was nice, There's a dog park- be prepared for alot of dogs, but all the people we met there wrre super nice! Rentals of water activities & peddle go carts, golf carts, I didnt get to do all the activities I expected to because we were so busy having fun. They rent different cabins & even yurts! Reservations are booked a year in advance- ACT NOW!

I'm a local and absolutely love that I can take my kids all day to a park, lake, pool, arcade, food and much more for only 5 dollars for the entire day! People camping there always look like they are having a great time, renting golf carts dancing in the pavilion, kid friendly and so welcoming to say the least. I love this place! The lake has so many floating activities such as a trampoline out on the water!

Great time, the price has gone up quite a bit over the years, but it's still a good place to go. All in all it was fun to just chill with family, and swim at the pool, drive the golf carts, and just relax.

This was our 2nd time camping at the Pride of America .And once again our experience was just as bad as the first time if not worse. There are just to dam many Golf Cars driving around. Some had younger kids driving them. I went to take my dog for a nice walk and it was like every few minutes that "WE" we're expected to move out of the way for a golf car. It was nuts. You would expect them to slow down and give me room. But NO!! They just take over the road and don't care. And some of campers had their music turned up pretty loud. My son was trying to get his stereo to work on the camper but no luck. He wanted so bad to drowned out the neighbors with some really loud "Here Come the Mummies" music. So disappointed that it wasn't working. Doubt if we will ever go back again. So sad because my in-laws had a permanent site there in the 90's and the camp ground then was very pleasant and quiet. And ALOT more fun.

Yes
Yes but is very, very slow. Don't waste your money for it.
no
Check their website for open seasonal sites! There were 3 or 4 available when we camped their in July. Or call!
No, there is no dedicated tent camping area that I know of.
There are no gas Motors allowed on the lake. There is a public boat launch across the lake from the campground. You can also launch row boats at the beach. Swan Lake is a much bigger Lake about 1 mile away with a public boat launch.
