It has gorgeous views. The suites in East building are huge. It feels like the 3 stars It was given...doing construction on a few rooms.Doors open I walked across a threshold with staples sticking out. Halls not well labeled. Had to walk to another building to get ice. No large cups or trays for coffee. If you have kids, you will love the big pool. There is no following of any rules, however, teens did backflips off slide, footballs being thrown the length of pool. Bar drinks were nice on Sat.On Sunday, you order by phone, they send someone down and you go up to restaurant to get them. They don't sell buckets in that rest, FYI. Nice pools, fun games, super big rooms.

My family and I stayed here for a weekend recently on a promotional stay and had a great time! The kids loved the pool, waterslides and the gaming center. The giant hot tub was awesome as well! You have to reserve your time at the pool because of Covid policy and limited occupancy, but we only had to wait once for about a half an hour. Our room was clean and very nice. We walked on the resort trails which were nice as well. Have to give it up for #Promise, who worked at the desk in the West building. She was very kind, helpful, and hard working! I hope she is recognized for her grit and strong work ethic. We had dinner at The Hilltop restaurant one night, which was okay but a little pricey for the quality. We hope to come back again someday!

Room had dirty sheets from last stay on pull out bed. Fresh sheets arrived around 11 pm. Dust was everywhere. Floors in one of the bedroom were not vacuumed. Staff isn't the friendliest. Pool was great. Fortnite Tournament and person running it was great. Front desk staff to pool were great.

We won a vacation get away here and it's such a nice resort with INCREDIBLE views. A great pool area with slide, saunas, hot tub, gaming area that was huge, a market, Restaurant, on site laundry, vending machines, sledding hill etc They're doing repairs but none of them hindered our stay or bothered us. Can't wait for a summer stay so we can do laser tag and all the other out door fun!!

Yes there are elevators in some of the buildings. We stayed in a 2BR/2BA cottage called the Hobby House, so we didn't use the elevators. I'm not sure about wheelchair accessibility though.
I saw Pizza being delivered several times to the pool area. I'm just not sure which place. I would ask the people in reservations or at the front desk.
The pool is available to resort guests and timeshare owners. Unfortunately there are no day passes available. We do this to help maintain the space for customers in-house with us. Thank you for your inquiry.

We did not eat at the resort restaurant because a quick look at the menu said to us that the price was too high for what they offered. If you like Mexican food go to Casamigo in Tilton. Generous portions, very reasonable and +100% authentic !
Views are OK at Steele Hill, but it is NOT handicap friendly. I suppose that you may request a unit that is ground level (or nearly) to help. Back to being on point to the question now, if you don't use your points by the end of the 1st calendar year, you have to bank them, in order not to use them. Then, you have 1 more year to catch up, and use them, or lose them.

There is some snow now, and the pond is frozen but the temperatures are supposed to rise and we expect rain tomorrow so the snow may melt a little

The one in the Main Resort with the Restaurant opens at 7:30a closes at 10p every day. The one at the West Amenities opens at 9a closes at 10p every day.. the Outside pools closest to each of the two buildings there closes and open at that relative time associated with that pool area.
