This depends. If you mean in a vehicle yes, you can. You must however talk to a salaried manager for permission if you intend on parking more than 3 days. If you mean camping out or just sleeping out in a planter in the parking lot, No it looks suspicious and is not recommended for safety sanitation and social reasons.

Its county based rules. Walmart side you can park overnight, but counties can override that privilege and prohibit overnight parking. Best to ask salary managers of the store to verify county law
