I have been a monthly member since it opened. It's not touchless and it is a true brushless car wash. The best way I can describe it...Just think of shammy strips on a spinning roller. However, its sensitive with the car. In other words, it senses the height of a car or truck and adjusts to it as it spins. When you go through, It is a long cycle..more like 10 cars long. I have seen police cars, Mercedes Benz, Tesla, Range Rover SUV, even cars as small as Smart, etc. Either way, if you go at peak times, it will be a long line of cars. If so, it's best to go through Lowes parking lot (as if you are about to exit to Bayshore at the light) to get in line. And I have been happy.
No, there are two different types of cleaning methods used.
It is a old fashioned car Wash where you drive through the only difference is they have lights and musicwhen I went through I didn't see any brushes and no they did not touch my car you put it in neutral and are you roll through
It's soft brush. We go there with our '92 911 with no issues.
