Can we still visit this place?

Sometimes there are guided tours Friday Saturday and Sunday at 2 PM and there is a shuttle that will take you up and/or down the hill

Yes.... There is a pretty steep hill to get down there but it is open..... Ask the ranger at the gate house they can give you all the info. There are placards and hand cranked sound devices around the area too..

Im pretty sure its open year round.
