Best hike ever great place to fish on 14 miles creek. There's alot of things that people don't see because they don't look through nature. Check it out

A nice hike. A good way to spend an afternoon. My wife and I did not have any problems with the trail however we both enjoy fairly good health. It is steep coming out! Try to pick a day with good weather so you can take your time coming back up the steep trail. There are a couple benches along the way but you can always just stop and stand still to rest up. Take a water bottle and have fun trying to imagine how it used to be.

If u are able to climb down and up the long trail 3 u will enjoy the history of Rose Island.

Its inside the state park/camp grounds. Pay the 10 bucks at the gate house and go.
Sometimes there are guided tours Friday Saturday and Sunday at 2 PM and there is a shuttle that will take you up and/or down the hill

Yes a state park pass will work. It is a .8 miles of a very steep paved path to get down to the park I don't know if it's still going on but when I was there in October they had tours Friday and Saturday at 2 it was great
You can walk it your self there are a lot of signs telling the history.
Yah i saw that about 3 minutes after I posted the question lol thanks. Ever heard of any other places like this here in Indiana that was abandoned due accidents with loss of Life and maybe paranormal activity i like to see places like this me and my friends like to do investigations on the paranormal
