The 20% gratuity is no longer being charged. Barnsley is VERY dog friendly. They even have dog amenities.
Yes, they do allow most dogs but don't know about fees.
Not sure about the dogs but they now add a mandatory 20 percent to your bill to pay the staff and then request a tip... They have gone evil with their fees.
