Are you aware they charge a mandatory 20% service charge on every Bill and then still ask for a tip?

They have done away with the 20% gratuity effective last week.

Then why do they add an additional line on the bill for the tip? Who does this??!! Good wait staff will be tipped accordingly, bad staff not so much. They hide the service charge on a line above any other fee. Many that dont check their bill in detail never see this charge and will tip again.
