My friend wants to take some pictures there with her wedding dress but they did not get married there. Is there a cost to do so? It is not with professional photographer.

Photos are fine once you enter the grounds and an event is not going on.

Theres a small entrance fee to get into the gardens if you're not staying there and I'm sure you can take whatever pictures you want there with no issues.

I believe photography is not permitted. Maybe with cash an exception can be made.
